It is recommended that a new piano be tuned 4 times in the first year and twice a year thereafter.

Dr. Roy E. Howard, is a Steinway-trained technician with over 50 years experience in piano technology. Roy retired as the on-staff tuner/technician at Wichita State University.

Ron Hill, proprietor, has over 16 years of experience in piano tuning, action regulation, and field repairs.

Marc Sulprizio, Born in Boston, Marc has been around music his whole life. After graduating high school, he took his guitar on the road; sharing his love of music on the streets of most major US cities. Working along the way as an exotic animal caretaker and tour guide, among other odd jobs; he settled in Wichita in 2018, where he began focusing on the piano and its inner workings. He started studying piano tuning, repairs, and regulation under Dr Roy E Howard. at Wichita State University where he quickly learned the ins and outs of the business while helping to service their 125 grand and upright pianos
